1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SabaiGo website and booking of sea activities, day trips, and related services (“Services”).

By creating a booking or making a payment through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

2. Booking and payment

Prices shown on the website are in Thai Baht (THB) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change before a booking is confirmed.

A booking is complete when you confirm your order and pay through the channels we provide within the stated time limit. Unpaid bookings may be cancelled automatically.

We accept bank transfer with slip verification and online payment through authorised payment providers (e.g. payment gateway) as shown on the payment page.

3. Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact details and arrive at the meeting point on the booked date and time.

You must follow safety instructions from staff and activity operators. If there are health, age, or swimming requirements, you must disclose and comply with them before joining.

You must not use the Services unlawfully or in a way that endangers yourself, others, or operator property.

4. Service delivery and changes

SabaiGo acts as a booking platform and coordinator with activity operators. Activity details, equipment, and on-site staff may be provided by our partners.

We may reschedule, modify, or cancel activities due to weather, safety, or force majeure. We will notify you and follow our Refund Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

If an activity is cancelled by the operator or due to force majeure, we will offer rescheduling, an alternative activity, or a refund as appropriate.

6. Limitation of liability

Sea activities involve inherent risks. You participate voluntarily and accept related risks to the extent permitted by law.

SabaiGo is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, third-party actions, or failure to follow safety instructions.
